The Terralink Institute for Education and Research (TIER) is a U.S.-based non-profit, non-denominational 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2025 and dedicated to elevating the voices and perspectives of Muslim thinkers, scholars, and practitioners in the humanities and social sciences. TIER promotes diversity and modernity in Islamic thought, emphasizing inclusive pursuit of a cohesive intellectual tradition in the West and as a champion of scholarly challenges.
TIER headquarters are located in Herndon, Virginia, in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.
